![]() ![]() Pretty much since Activision came on the scene. They haven't made a decent game with staying power in near a decade. Resorting to remaking past hits from the glory days until they are dead. If you want to play with friends then play where they are playing. On the flip side the switch is portable so you’ll be able to take the game with you anywhere you want. The switch will be pretty stripped down to run well and won’t look nearly as nice. But I guess this is what Blizzard has devolved onto. PC will be the best way to experience the game. For the price it was a money grab for a game that hasn't been improved at all other than the graphics. I lost my character and all its progress without any warning whatsoever. I had no idea he was in the game and he was able to go from partied to hostile automatically. I'm playing hard core had a portal up in town and was alt tabbed out checking runewords for a second came back in and dropped back in my portal. Now people can join your game and are automatically partied with you, so if you are in a dungeon you may not notice them come into your game. For example when players joined your game in the old d2 you would generally notice them when they tried to party or go hostile(which they couldn't do unless they were first partied). The functions they have changed have wrecked the game.
